Atomic code expert pipeline

We changed the way we work with code expert. This provides the necessary tools and documentation to keep this workflow intact. Includes

• an export tool to export an assignment code to a zip archive, which can be seamlessly imported on the Code Expert platform
• documentation about the new Code Expert Workflow
• tools to build and maintain our custom docker image that is now used on Code Expert
