Lecturecodes update: gradit, algcg, pcgbase, beginning of plottheorate

Ported the mentioned MATLAB files. The folder & file structure for plottheorate is there, but no code has been implemented.

pcgbase seems to have some numerical errors when testing against MATLAB, so there is a note in the file. It seems to be generally correct, however.
